V1.01 Second Aminet Release

Fixed a bug in the Input and Output tools, Mono Aftertouch wasn't working, notes could hang.
Changed Colour of NewMidiOut2 from Blue to Red, makes it easier to distinguish in a track.
Tidied up NewMidiIn removal code.
Increased realtime SysEX limit to 1500 bytes, larger than this stops the song. Any ideas on a good maximum?
